R-Motion 20 second delay after hitting ball

Hi Everyone, we bought the R-Motion last week after finishing up everything else. After 2 dongles we finally got it working but now we are experiencing a 20 second delay after we swing the game will finally pick up and show the ball go, and if then it may go 2 yards with a driver, what are we missing? The computer is up to spec if not above recommended.

Sounds strange. Make sure the sensor on the club is facing up and not down.

Good call, I will have to check when I get back home again. My dad just reported though that the dongle is once again not recognized in the software.

Happened to me as well . I updated my windows 10 and that fixed the problem.

Turn off windows defender. This messes with the dongle.

Make sure the sensor is metal prongs facing up.
