R-motion pairing issue

All I just got the R-motion Swing Analyzer. I got it all hooked up and working on my laptop but I can not get any of my bluetooth devices to recognize it.
I need it to work on a Samsung S10e running Android version 10.
I have emailed Rapsodo but I am still waiting on a response.
Any help is appreciated.

I contacted Rapsodo and they told me they don't support my s20 5g! I asked them if they will update softwarw so I can pair it. Not hopeful tho..

I have R-motion working with my Oneplus 7T phone running Android 10. Just a thought but as far as I remember you do not pair it directly with the phone via the phone Bluetooth menu, you just connect in the app.
