Can't register devise.. "Email already exists" ?

Hello all, I recently purchased the R-Motion devise new. I was able to install the app on my phone, but when I went to set it up on my computer, I can't get past the registration process.
I keep getting the message " Email already exists".
I wrote customer support a week ago, but have received no response.
