  • How to turn sensor on and off?

Just got my R Motion simulator for $99 from Rock Bottom Golf. Tried a few swings and it seems to be working, although yardages need adjustment. One question: I'm having trouble turning the sensor on and off. The user guide says "Double tap to turn on" but does not say what to tap. I've tapped everywhere on the sensor and can't seem to find the sweet spot. Sooner or later by tapping or shaking it eventually turns on, but could someone please explain the proper method?
    Thanks,
    Bill
PS - Is there an updated user guide? The one downloadable from the website (v12) still shows the old-style clips.

Honestly, i wouldn't worry about turning it off. I would just make sure to put it on the charger after you use it. What are the new clips like?

Thanks for the reply. I know it turns off automatically after 3 minutes of non-use. The question is: where to tap to turn it on?

The new clip does not have a bolt, it has its own threads and a plastic screw-on top.

you just tap the top of it a few times and it turns on.

Thanks, it seems my on/off switch is not that sensitive, I have to tap numerous times before it turns on. I thought maybe I was tapping in the wrong place.

At times, I will "drop" it on my desk from a couple inches high to get it to respond.

If your tapping it while its in the holder, it does not turn on very well, but if your holding the sensor in your hand and tap it, it will turn on. (If I remember correctly).
