  • Can I see the shot analysis from the driving range after I finish, using R-Motion?

I just started using my R-Motion swing analyzer and I am wondering if there is a way to go back and review the analysis that is presented after each hit on the driving range?
I can look at it after each hit but then it goes away, I would like to go back and review my shots after I am done. I am not talking about the one I see when using the app on my phone I am talking this one.

I have the same question as Rich. Thanks for the info, hitting I does bring back up the stats from the prior swing. No way to review all the swing info after the round?

As a work around, for important swings I've been taking screenshots of my laptop screen with my phone.

Hitting i brings up the screen he showed. If you have shot recording on you can get all of your shots from the tour site and download them. It's the only way. The game also shows stats post round if you like.

This is what I was going to say as well. While the stats aren't exactly the same, they are similar.

Another option is to use OBS to record the game screen. You can then go back and review all of the shots and stats. This is the primary reason I record all of my sessions, whether practicing or playing in one of the tournaments. I have the 2 cameras set up as well, but that isn't necessary. OBS is free, easy to set up and not very CPU intensive.

            Hi All,

Thanks for the info! I do not have access to the tour site so I will give the OBS a try. Again thx for the info.

That's a brilliant idea, to use OBS. Thanks much.

braycobb I have been trying the QBS software to record my swing info but I guess I am not selecting the correct source, every time I switch the R-Motion software to full screen it just records blank, I have used window and display, both work if I don't switch to full screen mode but neither seem to work in full screen mode. Do you record it in full screen mode? If so would you mind sharing your settings?

                  Following is what I have:

                  Mode: Capture specific window
                  Window: [golf.exe]; The Golf Club
Window Priority: Match title, otherwise find window of same executabel

I am currently working on that with OBS as well. I initially set it up with YouTube streaming (my own account) and got the key here: https://www.youtube.com/live_dashboard?nv=1
I then used Window Capture on the OBS software after already having TGC open and chose TGCSim.exe: TGCS
This streams it right to my YouTube channel.

Yes, I had just been doing a display capture but Bray's method is better. To get to those settings:
                      1) Open TGC
                      2) Open OBS
                      3) Click the + sign on the Sources box (bottom of screen, second from left)
                      4) Select Game Capture
                      5) In the Game Capture window,as Bray stated, select
                      Mode: Capture specific window
                      Window: [golf.exe]; The Golf Club
Window Priority: Match title, otherwise find window of same executable.

Also, if you want to see the swing info after the swing, to stop it from disappearing just hit Enter on your keyboard (hit Enter again to continue to next shot). If it has already disappeared hit i on your keyboard.

OBS is a great solution but you may need a better computer than mine. I have an i5 processsor and the playback video freezes sometimes when both TGC and OBS are running. I'm now experimenting with lower resolutions to try to solve this.
