First post here and looking forward to learning from you guys.
I just picked up an Rmotion sensor and I'm not so sure how good this thing is. I've been using a Zepp swing analyzer for about the past year and I've grown to really trust it. The biggest thing I have been working on for the last 3 years or so is getting a slight inside out swing path and I've gotten to the point where I'm usually producing draws of varying degrees on my shots from my 7 to my wedges. Longer irons and woods are coming around but I'm not yet as consistent as I am with my shorter irons. The Zepp has really helped me in this regard because what I see in my ball flight is what's reflected on the Zepp and vice versa. When I take an outside in swing, I can usually tell by how many degrees based on ball flight and the Zepp rarely lets me down.
This is where my doubts with the Rmotion come in. For example, where my Zepp shows a swing path of 2 degrees from the inside, the Rmotion shows a swing path of 15 degrees from the outside. This is wildly different. I understand the setup of the Rmotion as far as where to place the sensor on the shaft (height and alignment with club face) for setting the correct distance for me, but is there any adjustment I can make to fix this swing path problem? When I saw the ball flight and numbers I was getting with the Rmotion, I couldn't believe them. That's when I broke out the Zepp to compare. If there isn't anything I can do to fix this, maybe I have a bad sensor. I've seen some demos of the Rmotion (the reason I purchased it) and the numbers matched the ball flight, so maybe it is a bad sensor. Either way, this is very disappointing. Especially during these times being locked in and all.
