R-Motion Swing Analyzer Lag

When I first downloaded the R-Motion and Golf Simulator everything was working fine. Now it still works fine when I use the R-Motion app on my phone but when I use the game on my computer there is a long lag from the time I hit the ball until it registers and shows the hit on my computer. I timed it today and it was almost 1 min from the time I hit it to the time it showed up on computer.

Is there any setting that is mis-configured? or any computer settings I need to change.

Any help on this would be great, I really enjoyed the product when it was working but the minute lag I am seeing now makes hard to use.
