  • Mlm2pro unit "not found" after update. Help!!

    Hey everyone, I just installed the new firmware update that was released today. The download went fine, but when I went to go re-connect, I keep getting a "not found" message.
    Yes, my Wi-Fi is on and my phone is connected.
    Yes, the mlm2pro is on and the led is red.

    I haven't had this issue before.
    I did email Rapsodo customer support, so maybe they'll have a fix but I don't know what to do now.....

    I updated the app. That didn't work.

    ​​​​​I tried a "force update" but then it wanted to do a direct connection, but the rapsodo wifi signal isn't showing up on my phone to choose. So I'm out of ideas.

      Bluetooth and location are on. App has permissions. Still nothing. Has this happened to anyone else?
      Surely I can't be the only one....

        It works!! No idea why though.....
        We had a power outage this morning for a few hours. When the power came back on, I went to go try it and it worked just like it should. I'm glad that it is, but would love to know what happened in case it happens again. Hopefully it continues to work.

          New discovery:
          When I turn the unit on, if the led light goes to solid red right away, the app can't find it to connect to.
          If I turn it on and the led light flashes and blinks for a couple seconds and THEN goes to solid red, it connects and works just like it should.

          Any thoughts on this?....
