TGC +Skytrk Offline issues

just got my TGC software running today and everything work perfect online. Moved it to a temporary site where it iis "offline" location and had problems with my skytrak not putting out the red dot. After about 20 minutes and rebooting my computer it did run fine but wondering if there is something I did wrong or if this is common?

I believe this is the issue that many of us are having after he 2.5.4 software release from SkyTrak.
