Red tick lights up when TGC is on

Hi first of all Im new to this forum and new to golf Simulator
I have just set up one in my garage got the SKYTRAK and bought the TGC
The SKYTRAK works great with the app all lights are green and works a treat
The problem is when I launch TGC the sequence of the lights are follows
On symbol lights green
Internet symbol lights green
Tick symbol lights red (TGC is launched on pc with the first course that I pick )
Nothing more happens when I hit a shot it does not recognise it it says in the booklet that item is not level so I have taken it inside taken out of the case connect it via the cable next to pc on a level surface and still the red tick
Am I doing something stupid that I have forgot to do or can someone help me out Please if possible

Make sure are you using the TGC Interface, this where you have to hit the Connect to Box button so it can establish communication with the Skytrak unit. Once it's connected to Skytrak, then the Play Game button will become enabled and you click on that to play.
