Frequently when playing with friends we turn the gimmies up to 6 feet (1) and 20 feet (2).
It just takes too long messing around on the green if we don't....although the green speed/stimp/firmness control has helped.
Sometimes, it seems that a reasonable approach shot that just misses the green, gets put in the hole with three stokes.
Haven't seen it enough, but it seems like "one on plus two putts".
Am I seeing this correctly?
is there a way to make it stop and give chances for par-saves?
