I think your going to need a new key.
if you contact Protee, they are in Europe and 6 hours ahead of Eastern time.
above is the website for them. Took me a while to find it. In the bottom left corner is a "contact us" tab, that will give you the phone numbers and hours to call. Or you can open a support ticket and do it by emails. For me, if I emailed them in the afternoon I always had a reply by the next day.
They really do have great support just not what I'm used to in the good old USA.

Yes it is, I tried setting up TGC for a Pro Tee system and the ES-16 at the same time, and found out not only did I have to have two different keys and sets of software but I also had to have two different computers, and trying to set up two different operating systems on two different hard drives didn't work because the software searches all drives for an install of TGC. So you may have to clear your old copy and reinstall to get it to run.
