I've been using gc2 w FSX 2018 for a couple weeks now and have enjoyed myself thus far but can someone point me in the right direction as far as getting into TGC it looks really good and I'd like to have both options for sim software

Buy and it, install it and use it. It's easy and works great. swingsense.com is where to buy it.

so once I install it is connecting the gc2 self explanatory like using the FSX or do I need a special cord because the website says not compatible with gc2

No special cord. YOu will get a software interface that reads the data over bluetooth. I think if you look in the foresight section there are stickies at the top that covers it or maybe in the TGC section, can't remember.

It's in the Foresight section called GC2 GSX & ProTee Inteface Setup for TGC and ProTee 2.0

You may find that you never use fsx in the winter because tgc is so much better for sim play. In the summer you may never use tgc because fsx is far better for practice. This may change with tgc 2019 - but I doubt it.

As far as accuracy, the ball goes where it's supposed to in both but FSX has a lot of features that help in practice that TGC doesn't.

so what your saying is tgc for playing fsx for practice I seen some videos of tgc and it looks a lot better for play then fsx and not $150 per course thanks for the input

That's true. Hopefully TGC 2019 will have some better practice capabilities once it is out.

For me TGC is perfect for practice. As I view it, TGC is like going to the range. I see the ball fly then hit another one. No one at the range is keeping track of the averages or showing me the ball flight of all my previous shots
