Slow connection on TGC

hello I first apologize for the understanding of this message, but I use a translator. since 2 weeks I have this sign below. yet I have a good internet connection. the loading times when I try to play online are really long. For Valero Texas, I had to replay the last hole 3 times because my results were not taken into account. I use an ethernet connection via CPL. I arrive with this connection to watch movies in full hd without any problem.

I have had issues myself. Although I have excellent WIFI and can stream hi def movies, etc. when it came to TGC, I had the same issues as you. I had to install a WIFI extender in my garage and that fixed the issue with TGC1.

Now TGC 2019 was a different animal! I could not even hit a shot on a course before I disconnected. I ended up having to purchase a long enough Ethernet cable to go from my laptop to the WIFI extender. That fixed my issue.

It's very strange, but TGC and TGC 2019 are very picky about internet connections. That's just my opinion though...

Thank you for your answers. I do not use wifi but a CPL box connected to my computer with an ethernet cable. The Skytrak is connected to the computer with a usb cable.
