TGC and the H cam

I asked protee support if the base pack 2 came with the H-cam and this was their response:

"The packages no longer come with an HCam. This camera will be replaced with the Golf Club Simulator software."

I assumed that the Hcam helped increase the accuracy of the data that the protee hardware sent the simulation software. Which means I would still want an hcam. Is this assumption correct or do I not need one for TGC for some reason?

Yes, you still need the H-cam.
