Nice find z,did not even know that site existed. They did reviews of two courses i published in july. There is even a video of the guy playing an entire 18 holes on my flint ridge course. Magnetic Springs is my first course with the new designer tools, I am starting to get pretty comfortable with these tools. The new surfaces allow much more freedom in design (split fairways, bail out areas,double dog legs. This course has also been well received with a 7.8 rating, 4 of my courses are now in the top 100 all time ratings. I am sure these courses will drop now that the new tools are available, some of these guys designs are getting pretty amazing. Here is a link to some pics of Magnetic Springs.
