skytrak doesn't register shots in when playing TGC

I have talked to three different people at Skytrak and even had a guy remote in to my laptop but I still cant play a round. Skytrak practice works perfectly. anyone else had the same issues?

no, it's in network mode then the program is closed.

The last thing they had me do was to email support@protee-united.com............now I have to wait. When I first set installed the software I tried it out but didn't have my laptop plugged in and was able to play 2 holes before it died. I haven't been able to get to to work again.
