GSX not reading when connected

TGC19, GC2 GSX. Once a day during play TGC will not record a shot that the GC2 has read. I pull up the GSX and both ports are connected. I disconnect the GSX and reconnect and then the last shot taken shows up on the TGC. Then all is well again. Any idea what is happening here and a fix? I have two bays set up and this is the only one it happens on. Any ideas apreciated

It could be the distance between the Bluetooth dongle and the GC2. It could be a bad Bluetooth. I would start with that. If those are ok and it’s still doing it it could be a slow internet. Try the range in training or offline play to determine that.

So I have replaced the the dongle and it is still getting hooked up once or twice a day during play. The GSX says connected but nothing showing up on the screen from the shot. I disconnect the gsx and then reconnect the gsx and the missing shot then shows up on the TGC screen. I know you mentioned slow internet, but I've got great speed and in my other bay this does not happen at all. Any other ideas?

I placed my new dongle in and now I can not get the GSX input to connect. I have windows 10 and when I check the settings it is giving me only an imput com port of 6 and does not list an outgoing port. Any thoughts on this

I’ve been having the same issue. Preston from P2P helped me troubleshoot this yesterday and discovered a Windows update had made my ASUS dongle unrecognizable. I haven’t had to to do the whole process yet, but essentially you need to upload the update and install the new driver so the dongle will be recognized thru Bluetooth
