Has anyone else had problems with the TGC program replaying the same hole?
I have been using approved or official TGC courses. While a group was playing the Savage Gulf Ocean Course, they played hole number 11. When the hole was finished, one of the players was sent back to the woods where they replayed the shot over and over. We attempted to concede the hole, but on his next shot, it went back to the woods on #11. We had been experiencing the same problem a few weeks back, but the Pro Tee rep said to install a VPN to stop outside sources from interceding play. It seemed to help until now.
I have been using the TGC program and hopefully will be able to upgrade soon to 2019.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
