Backspin on green

I'm using protee with tgc and so far I have not been able to get a ball to check or back up on the green. Even with a pitching wedge, I get 10k backspin and the ball hits the green and bounces forward, never got a ball to stop or backup. Is it just me?

Your green setting is on soft or very soft before you start the game?

On TGC2019 yes, on original TGC no

When you pick a course in TGC 2019, click on the set conditions. That’s where you can set the course conditions.

Set green firmness to “Very Soft” if you want greens to check up the most.

You can also set green speed also. I usually set to “Moderate”. This seems to be realistic with accurate roll on my turf.

Also notice you can click on Course Rules and choose to only play front 9 or back 9. Sometimes I like to pick a course and only play the back 9 holes.
