Software Issues and a few other questions.

I have had my Skytrak and TGC for a few months, but I am having issues and also have a few questions.
Sometimes when I am playing a game ( not all the time, just some times ) the game will freeze up and I have to reboot. It says "golf.exe not responding"..? It seems to be doing it more often as time goes on? Seems to be a software issue, but I am not sure.
Few Questions:
1. When you hit in the water and have to drop, is there a way to move the drop area or is that the only option? Even after hitting in bounds and then it going out, sometimes my only option is to re tee the ball? Seems like you should be able to move the drop area back.
2. When you hit in an area that you cant get out, why cant you do an unplayable lie and drop some where? Sometimes I get stuck in a bad area and have to stroke limit out of the hole...?
3. Why does my box disconnect during the game?

I can't really remember everything, I will have to take a pen and paper out there and right down my questions as they come up.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

hey Chris, I dont know about the freezing up, i have not had that issue.

As for the drop area, I had this issue for a while as well. I dont know what you use (tablet or computer) but on my laptop, you can use the W and S keys to move the drop area forward or back if it places you over water. Just hit S to back up until you find a spot you like.

if you are stuck, I think there is an unplayable lie option in the menu. I am not positive but I swear I saw that in there somewhere, maybe in the first menu with replays and stuff.

I cant help with the disconnect, I have not had that issue
