TGC2019 Freezing on the 15th hole

Hey all,

I was playing a course last night, and on the 15th hole, my friend hit into the water. The software went through the drop process and after I hit enter, it continued to show the ball in the water, but the announcer said let's continue. The Mevo+ unit never got the red light so we couldn't move on. We tried to concede the hole, and again the announcer barked about the 12 score, but the image was still that ball in the water, and the Mevo+ never showed the red light. This is the first time I've had that experience. Has anyone had that, and what are the work arounds/solutions.

The course was a very famous one that is popular in April.

Sometimes the drop screen with the target/crosshair doesn't actually allow you to drop it where it's placed. You press enter but nothing happens. I can't for the life of me remember what you need to press to re-hit from the original position (ESC perhaps?). Not sure if this was the case here... but it's stumped me for a minute or so in the past.

I think it actually froze, because we tried to concede, and while it seemed to have accepted that command, the graphics did not move on, and the Mevo+ never became ready for another shot.

I've had that happen once before. I don't believe it was hitting in the water though. There was something else that caused it. I hit replay shot and it let us continue.
