Help stuck with one thing on install

I am reinstalling TGC 2019. When I type in my license key I pull up my profile but it won’t validate my license because it says Internet is required I definitely am on the Internet wired and wireless. Any ideas or help would be awesome

Prays4snow : I'm running into the same issue. My upnp is enabled on my wifi. Were you able to overcome this issue?
