I'm able to create a hole that is entirely "out of bounds". Then using the macro program "Mini Mouse Macro" - I can have my machine hitting "enter" every second (to clear the out of bounds message). In this way - it appears that I can do a driving range that isn't hitting into the water so that the user can see simulated roll out.
It also appears that multiple holes on TGC can occupy the same space - allowing 'flags' to be put out at 100, 150, 200 and 250 yards. I believe a single player gets six shots before the hole is over - but if 18 holes were put (on top of one another) - that'd be 144 shots prior to needing to 'restart round'.
I do not have the skill of a Craig or other course designer - but it does seem like using out of bounds that a driving range that has simulated roll is now possible.
Thoughts?
