Has it ever worked and just stopped working or is it a new install? If new, follow that link Bubs provided. You need a strong Bluetooth dongle and it needs to be pretty close to the GC2. I use a Trednet Extended range. The steps are simple but need to be followed exactly as laid out in Bubs link.

It's hard to help you when you just say doesn't work. Where are you stuck? Sound like at the start. Follow the steps or, your purchase comes with very good support. Open a ticket and Protee will remote in and get it working if you're stuck.

It has worked before but is very temperamental. Works fine one hour but all of a sudden, status input or output will disconnect. I tried replacing the 4.0 blue tooth dongle with another one and still both would not stay connected. The computer with the dongle plugged in is only 4' from the GC2. I have tried plugging the dongle into different ports including a UBS extension cord and laying it beside the GC2 - nothing made any difference. When Swing Sense helped me with the original setup they thought there might be an issue with the keyboard or mouse so I bought a brand new Logitech which had no effect. When I tried to follow the step by step instructions in Bubs link. I get the same black screen showing six options but no matter which one I select the blue screen to "manage blue tooth settings" will not come up. When I go to Devices and click "Add A Device" the Foresight GC2 icon will appear I then click on that and a window says "compare pairing code" to the GC2 - the same number never comes up the same and none match the GC2 serial #. There are 3 options - Does the code match the device, Yes, No or Device is not displaying a code. The only one that works is YES - you then get the message "This Device Was Added To This Computer". I just this minute tried again and was able to get both the status input and status output connected. I got the welcome message to hit the golf shot - I did and could not see the golf ball trajectory - I opened the GSX window and both Input & Output were disconnected. Try to imagine the Joy I'm feeling with my out of town family here wanting to play on my brand new simulator that took me 3 months to finish - just in time for our annual Christmas party visit !!!

The most likely issue is the Bluetooth dongle. What dongle is it?

I use the Trednet extended range bought from Amazon. My swing coach uses the Asus one recommended in the foresight section. He had major issues connecting too until he bought the one I told him to. Both are like under 20 bucks. 4 feet should be fine. Mine is 8. I had some issues you had plus some such as I'd hit and nothing would happen for 10 seconds then the ball would take off. I also had it unconnected a lot. Now with the new dongle Im good. He had more issues than me. He bought the recommended Asus one at canada computers and has been fine since.

A good bet on the cause of your troubles is interference from some other device or WiFi.

                Read this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201542.

It was written by Apple but is applicable to any bluetooth/wifi connection which exhibits your symptoms.

Thanks for all the input guys - I will be communicating with Swing Sense Monday. Also ordering my third blue tooth dongle to see if that is the problem.

Make sure you remove any other Bluetooth USB devices - keyboards, mice, etc. and try I've had issues with Bluetooth USB Wifi dongles that don't work when Logitech keyboard and mice dongles are used. I also started having Bluetooth issues and it ended up that my GC2 Bluetooth board failed hope it's not that
