Full Scrren/ Windowed Bug

I've run windowed for a long time and tried full screen. The graphics are better but every once in a while, it switches back to windowed on its own. When it does, the graphics change. The divots on the tee look square and covered up and the pin is always in. When I hit alt/enter to go back to full screen, graphics get way worse and a lot of trees become grey and everything looks terrible. I end up stopping the game. It happened twice when guests were over so I couldn't end, restart and resume as after resuming, the guest isn't there.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea when it goes to windowed from full screen? I think it may be the pc notifications but I'm not sure. Any advice on what to try would help.

Yes, I see all sorts of issue with going between windowed and full screen when the game is running.

FPS drops to about 5

Lighting gets very strange...too bright, washed out.

Sometimes when in full screen and going to windowed mode, resolution changes to 640x480 (instead of whatever resolution was set in the launcher).

Hitting Alt-Enter to restore full screen mode doesnt really work.

This seems to be one of those games that just doesnt respond well to changes in display mode while the game is running. I thought PC games had solved this issue by now...it used to be somewhat common 5-10 years ago!

I've had TGC since it came out and it didn't do this before. I've been running windowed for almost a year but before that I ran full screen. You could hit alt enter all you want. Nothing happened.
