  • TGC Altitude Setting

Is it possible to change the altitude for a round in TGC?

I live in Denver which is 5,280 feet above sea level. When playing IRL the altitude gives me longer distances. My goal is to improve my game for when I play local courses. Playing rounds in TGC has allowed me to improve my swing and ball striking but it makes it difficult to know what my distances will be IRL (i.e. Playing in the Denver area) since the TGC courses are seemingly playing at sea level.

    Hello Jrz-
I think the best way to do it is to lower the drag in the settings for the ball on all clubs- try starting with .95 and adjust as you go until it looks like the ball is carrying for your alt.
default you will see as 1.

This is only available for protee users, not for skytrak or GC2 users, to my knowledge....so this would only work if you're using Protee hardware.
Working...
