  • NewTGC/Skytrak user. Joining tour?

Hey experts. I'm new to the forum and have a skytrak unit which I absolutely love. I recently purchased and set up TGC and would like to join the tour.

    Couple of questions:
    - do I have to do q school first?
    - do I need to register with TGC or this forum to be added to tour?
    - can you save a round and come back to resume it or does it need to be finished in one session?

Thanks guys. Really excited to play. Love it so far.

No I do not believe so.
I registered with both. Don't know if you "have" to or not.
I believe it resumes right where you left of.

    Welcome! Boat loads of fun!

You should probably play Q school or else they will start you as a scratch golfer.
It is better to have the same username across everything.... forum, myonlinegolftour.net , and TGC. This way there will be no mistakes when one is pulling data from one to another.
It resumes right where you left off.

      Welcome to the tour.......

        Thanks @MainStGolf.

I was browsing online and ran into this site http://www.tgctours.com.
Does anyone know if this works with the sim setup or is this for the non-sim play only? There seems to be a way to web.com, pga.com tour card via this process and there are several challenge circuit to join. Has anyone done this?

That's for the console and PC versions only, not sim. According to ProTee, our website will be very similar for the fall/winter tour begins. It will have automatic leaderboards with real time player stats, etc.
