does anybody get a problem TGC connection after update win10?

i didnt have any problem for use TGC. and i know how to setup TGC with protee interface and GSX. im using GC2.

but after auto update win10 (i think big update because of long time for update).. i cant keep to connect TGC with my GC2.

even i can setup right serial port in protee interface and GSX.. TGC cant keep to connect GC2 after few shot in TGC..

does anybody get a problem TGC connection after update win10? im not saying i dont know how to setup..

My PC upgraded to Win 10. I think I clicked ok by accident. I had problems so I downgraded. Problem solved.

I have windows 10 no issues at all with what you describe, but in my defense my system is brand new as well as the protee and it was set up completely by remote access with customer support through protee. you might get a hold of them and have them go through your settings and see if something is not exactly right.

After my Windows 10 upgrade the windows firewall had to have several apps and ports re-opened. Try to shut down the firewall temporarily to see if that solves the issue.
