im still having problem to keep connection TGC with GC2

i wrote about my problem after win10 auto update.

and i tried manythings.. turn off firewall.. reset firewall seting.. erase bluetooth driver and reinstall..

but still my TGC cut connection GC2 after 10 or 20 min..

and i cant connect GSX's input. output is ok. so if i want to play TGC.. i have to reset my computer for connecting input.

i didnt have any problem before auto update.

so.. what is problem after auto update? i think my computer cut or re-connect GC2 bluetooth connection.

Try changing the port in gsx or protege. Then change back. Worked for me when I had trouble once or twice.

edit: sorry, I missed that it was working and cut off after working. If the initial connection works for time then it always works.

did you verify all your windows updates successfully installed. I don't know about Bluetooth connections but network connections become limited when there are pending or failed windows updates.

The problem is with your Bluetooth. It's likely assigning a new port every time or your have other Bluetooth devices that are causing port issues.

Make sure your Bluetooth dongle is close to the GC2. Mine used to disconnect or sometimes not connect at all when I had it a bit further away. Putting the USB dongle on an extension and moving it closer to the GC2 fixed this.

Also make sure your Bluetooth dongle is elevated above the floor. I had problems with every kind of adapter... Had a hard time connecting and occasional drops, even with the receiver being 1 foot from my gc2. 1 day I picked the receiver up and layer the cord over a chair to get it out of the way while I was reorganizing. I forgot to move it when reconnecting and it worked better than evert. No issues since then either. The floor obviously caused degradation in reception. I've never heard this before, but it was definitely a problem for me.
