Using an iPad + CPU to power TGC

Hi Everyone,

New poster, forgive the simple question. Just picked up a skytrak and am interested in getting TGC.

Will only be using my skytrak outside (already know about the direct sunlight issues etc). I have a gaming computer (i7, Radeon R290x, 8 gig ram etc) in my computer room about 20 feet away from the space outside where I am putting the net.

If I run a ~20 foot usb to my gaming computer (from the skytrak unit) and then remote my desktop to my ipad using something like this http://www.splashtop.com/personal, would that work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. The Ipad will only be an extended monitor and work fine. I've run TGC this way.

Thanks mthunt! I assume you can't click anything on the screen utilizing your ipad?

If thats the case, I guess I will use the crappy chromebook I have to power the screenshare. Appreciate the help.

I used team viewer. I could control everything.

Awesome thanks for the reply. Downloaded teamviewer last night, tried to use it to play csgo.. didn't work very well because of the mouse tracking issue. good to know that won't necessarily be the case with TGC.
