  • My first TGC sim round Pebble beach

wow, what a fun game to play. Course was easier than I thought despite my score lol... guys is there a way to make like 6 inch putts automatically good? Cause I had like 4 of them and the skytrak wouldn't read my easy stroke and when it did the ball flew past the hole and I had to rewind and try again and again it would not read multiple times. Can I just set gimmies on +1 and nothing on +2 because I actually enjoying the putting .... anyhow, my first scorecard here... got a 9 on 18 lol...

also, is there a way to change the color of the scorecard numbers? I can't even see the off colors on a 10x10 screen. I mean besides making more pars of course

set gimmies to gimme. That is what you will need to get used to for tour rounds. That means 6 foot gimmes. All sims struggle with a 2 foot putt. For more of a challenge, try Pebble beach at 7000 yards. It plays quite different and can be very punishing if you miss the fairway.

I'm going to, just getting used to the setup for a week or so first. I'm waiting on a new hitting mat on Monday then I'm gonna practice through Thanksgiving then jump in... I'm not that good yet, about an 17-18 handicap but I'm planning on putting some work in this winter.

It was still plenty challenging..I shot better on the back than the front but I'm not great with the driver anyway so I'm always gonna struggle to hit fairways on longer holes.. I meant easier because I thought I'd shoot like 120 or something
