Skytrak interface connection issues

when i try to connect to my skytrak I get the following message WARNING! Server Connection Error. After clicking ok the ST interface closes. I have never had this issue before.

Open your system tray in windows (bottom right corner of desktop) and right click on the green TGC shield. Close it and then open up Skytrak interface again. Will work then. If you play TGC, close then reopen it, sometimes it continues to run in the background. This will fix it every time.

The TGC shield is not in the tray. I even tried restarting my machine and get the same error after connecting to my box.
