    Problem - XBOX 360 Controller

    Hi,

I'm having an issue with TGC and Skytrak using my XBOX 360 Wireless Controller under Windows 10.

Under Windows, the Controller registers fine and under Gamepad all of the buttons and control sticks work properly.

When I launch TGC, it recognizes that my controller is connected so on the logo screen, instead of displaying "ENTER" to continue, it displays the letter "A" for the Controller.

When I press "A" on the controller, it advances me to the main menu where controller button letters continue to be displayed for my controller.

At this point, the controller is no longer recognized by the TGC Software. Only that initial press of "A" on the logo screen is recognized by it.

Neither the buttons nor the control sticks will work in the menus or the game.

If I exit the game, the controller is still connected and works properly under Windows 10. If I restart the game, the same sequence as above will repeat again.

The controller always shows as connected and always appears to work properly in Windows but 10 but not by TGC (except for the A press on the logo screen).

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,
    John

I have this connected too but when the controller is off I don't see the letters. I usually have the controller powered off so this hasn't been an issue for me unless my kids leave them on and I start up TGC without knowing they are on.

I was hoping a controller would work as well for TGC, as its the perfect way to navigate through these types of games. But they just don't, not supported as far as I am aware.

Actually, I think they are supported. The menus apparently change and show the various controller buttons, etc.

Is there a place for opening problem tickets with TGC? I'll search around.

I'm pretty sure the controller works well for the Steam version, but not the Sim Version.

could alway use a stream controller and map the buttons to act like a mouse and keys
