How do you remove a second player in the middle of a game without exiting?

How do you remove a second player in the middle of a game without exiting?

This would be a great added feature (same with adding a player in the middle of a round). I have not found a way to do this either but perhaps mthunt might know a trick?. Wonder if they will add it in future releases? ProTee Max

If there are only 2 of you exit the game then continue it and your game will resume and the guest will be gone. If there are more than 2 of you, say 4, and you want to play with 3, the only thing you can do to continue is concede hole on that player until the end of the round.
