I've been playing TGC 2019 with my Mevo+ for past 2 months, and one of the first things I did when I got it was enable reshade to improve sharpness, contrast, and colors even before I even launched the game for the first time lol. Recently, I has to reinstall Windows and thus TGC 2019, and played it without reshade enabled. And wow, I didn't even realize how bad TGC 2019 looked without reshade!
So I strongly suggest everyone to use reshade with TGC2019 as it makes the game look so much better. There are few youtube tutorials on how to install. e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjf4dSSIG8c But I recommend you to select all the effect packages that are unchecked by default to get more of the effects than the default.
I personally enable the following to get a far more detailed and crisp/sharp image (to a point where it looks nearly grainy on a monitor). The perceived detail is much higher as a result, and you'll realize how blurry and mushy the original graphics were even at maximum graphic settings in TGC 2019.
- SharpContrast (extra fine sharpening)
- Levels (adds more pop. but I lowered black point & increased white point to not lose as much detail)
- AdaptiveSharpen (adds slight sharpening)
- Filmic Anamorphic Sharpen (this makes the image significantly sharper)
- Colourfulness (makes the colors pop bit more against my 3 layer impact screen which bleeds a bit)

Then it can look like this: (photo doesn't do it justice) I'll try to post a before/after photo later when I get a chance.

There are many other effects you can certainly give a try as better graphics is subjective. e.g. some suggest HDR bu it just boosts contrast too much and you end up losing highlight and shadow details. But yeah, might look better on some other impact screens who knows.
