Default display on projector

When I first installed and used TGC 2019 with a 4k project plus a 4k monitor the game always displayed by default on my projector. Not sure what has changed but now it will only start on my monitor. Only way I've found around this is to unplug the second monitor. Anyone know how to force the game to always use the projector?
