  • Help! Swing Opix

Hi, had a QED install completed last week but they left the Swing Opix installation to me. I am confident that the camera mounting and cables are connected correctly, but nothing is showing up in the Swing Motion on Ignite. I was hoping this was plug-and-play b/c I am not familiar with Windows computers at all. Is it a driver problem that is keeping Ignite from recognizing the cameras?

    Thx

If you go into settings have you selected the cameras from the drop down menus there ? (Admittedly I don’t have SwingOptix but for regular cameras many people miss this area in settings and have the same problem not being able to see the output from regular cameras)

Settings in the Ignite program? I don't see a camera option there...

Sorry I’m away from my computer so I can’t look directly now. Hopefully someone who has done this with the SO cameras will chime in.

It sounds like you may have the original version of Ignite. If you are comfortable searching for and installing the newest update, you should be able to find the settings in the options. If you need help, then you may want to schedule an appointment with Uneekor support and they can do it for you. Or, contact your installers and make sure you have the newest update.

Actually I did end up contacting Uneekor support and they remoted in, I had the old version of ignite which was missing the necessary drivers to recognize the cameras. Thx.
