Uneekor Launcher not launching the program

My Uneekor Eye XO 2 simulator has been working great. I went to boot up the system and tapped the Uneekor Launcher icon and it started the booting up process for about 20 seconds, then just disappeared. I tried several times, restarted, etc. and nothing worked. I then went to the Windows security and tried to confirm that nothing was blocking it. I am not a computer expert, but couldn't find an issue that could be causing it. I tried to make an exception in the security program to make sure that Uneekor Launcher wasn't being blocked also. I am convinced that this is a Windows update issue that is the problem, but I can't figure it out. Any suggestions?

It is usually windows security which you checked or something related to the firewall. Try turning off the firewall to see if that makes a difference ? If it does you can figure out how to add an exception there to allow what is needed.

When you launch the app and it doesn’t pop up on the screen, do you see the Uneekor launcher icon on the bottom bar (same bar with the windows button). If it’s there, just hover your mouse over the app and you should see the preview window that shows right above it…click it. If that’s the case, the app is just minimized but still running.

Did you ever find a solution? I have downloaded and reinstalled, turned off all security and firewall stuff and I can't get past clicking on the shortcut. The program will not open.
