OK. So there's a couple of resources on courses. One is here. I'll list them both. There is no way to sort by country in your criteria. For Canada, the top 2 courses in the open rotation are Glen Abby and Mississaugua G&CC. MGCC is far better.

Favorite Non-USA courses
I'm trying to build a list of courses for a few tournaments / tours that I'll be running at an indoor golf facility. I'd like to compile courses from certain areas of the world so I can have a Canada Tour, a French Tour, a Japan Tour, etc. Is there a way to find courses based on their location, both real and fictional? Also, do you have favorite courses that are not "in" the USA?
