Suggestions for Open fun courses

Looking for some suggestions for open courses with easy greens. Something like Blue Needles CC Illinois.
I have looked through here and have a few to try. Have quite a few friends that like to come over and have some beers and Play. It’s tough for me to search the courses in there to know what will play like that. As I’m a fan of The medium to hard courses.

Come to Sweden and I bring you to the real course!
What you miss in sim is how close we are to Denmark. Castle of Hamlet in the background, water, sail boats, kits in water, sunshine (Jezus I am longing for the season to start).
Saddly I don´t notice that after 40years but I am reminded playing with guest since the camera allways comes up on the 8th and 16th tee boxes!

I only got through the front 9 last night but I enjoyed the course as well. Thanks for the suggestion.

Might I suggest "Rural Links by Weathers", if you liked Blue Needles, and are looking for something more open.
I know the creator of both courses, he is a pretty cool cat.
