No Spirit Valley is Published and finished, it's Apache Falls which I'm still working on and still have about two weeks work before I can publish, the Ps4 crashes every few minutes which makes doing the finishing touches a nightmare, but I won't publish Apache Falls until it's ready, as I said I will change the name of Apache Falls before I publish because there is a course of that name out there

Oh gotcha, I read it wrong, thought you meant you made some changes and a different version of spirit valley as well. Played 9 holes of SV again tonight and was wondering why the fairways didnt seem any bigger haha, Gotta say again though, beautiful course, actually drove the ball a bit better this time around and was 2 over after 9, so definitely a challenge but playable. If you are really on with your drives and puring your irons, then it can get real fun trying to strategically plot yourself around it, not for the weak hearted though, a few bad shot can punish you quick if you dont miss in the right spot.

Cant wait to try "the course formally known as Apache Falls" haha. Definitely pop a post somewhere on the forums when its ready. Gonna check out your other tracks as well

Just played your Royal Auchtermuren course, freakin awesome! Well done! Played the public version as you suggested, was exactly what you said, it was definitely a challenge but was fair. Think my favorite hole was the short par 4 6th, just everything on that hole fit my eye right. Like the par 5 7th as well where it set up to a perfect risk reward shot with my 3 wood distance after a good drive. I actually thought the back 9 was gonna start getting much tougher with some of the first couple of drives looking tough from the eye because of up hill slopes but worked out nicely and to my shock I actually shot better on the back then I did the front. Was hitting pretty darn well and shot a +1 on the full 18 holes.

I liked how you made the longer par 4s fair in that even though there were a few 460+ holes, the longer they were the more downhill they seemed to be to kind of make up for it.

Really would suggest people to give this one a shot, may start thinking its gonna get real tough when you start the back 9 for the first few drives, but when you continue playing it evens out and just end up being a fun challenge. Definitely one of my favorite user designed courses ive played so far, put it in my favorites and gonna give it a go again with my when my dad comes up to visit tomorrow.

Id actually recommend the course committee to give this one a look and see if they like it for a possible tour event course at some point. It may be a little long for some at 6900 yards, but looks great and plays well with risk/reward shots. Also to note is the greens werent over slopey at all and played quite well to putting with a real club.

Cant wait for your next course to publish. Gonna check out vale meadows next.

Many thanks for the kind review, as I said before I never designed them for pro tee, but I did design all my courses to play fair and be a bit of a challenge but not so much so that you can't improve, once you play the course once or twice your scores will come down but hopefully settle for the mid 60's unless there are really benign conditions, my main criteria when I design is that I have to enjoy playing the course, and I do try to make each hole memorable, obviously I can't achieve that every time but that's my aim, many thanks again for playing my courses and for the feedback, with each course I hope to refine what I've already learnt, Nigel
Ps I have a nice flyover of Royal Auchtermuren on YouTube with the names of all the holes which are real places in Scotland, well according to google there are lol, and a certain piece of music to go with it
