Just purchased a commercial golf sim from a local business development corp that has repossessed it. I know very little about it it is powered by golfotron
the sim itself has camera mounted on ceiling and 3 sensors in the hitting mat. when i try to open sim I software it says dongle not connected. No idea what problem is or even if its set up properly . ANY HELP?

Most expensive software (not just golf sims) use a two part encryption that requires a usb dongle to be inserted in the computer that is running the software to make software piracy harder. Without said dongle you won't be able to use that software (without a whole lot of tech savvy). I'm not sure that they are even still in business as their website appears to be broken.
