Set up Help

Good day ,

I have purchased a used commercial golf sim powered by golfotron and hardware by optigolf international. The setup has what appears to be a blacklight and camera that is mounted on ceiling as well as 3 sensors mounted in hitting mat. Everything setup and software is functioning , however i cant get it to read shots. tapping sensors with hands sometimes makes ball move on screen. I just winged where to set up camera and mat and sensors. Can anyone please help with this setup info ?????
