I figured I would post some pictures as a thanks since I've probably asked a dozen questions on these boards. The screen is 9x7 from Carls. I went with their preferred. I think its a solid quality. It leaves a nice mark after each hit (you can see it in my pictures) but it goes away since it pulls back tight when you take your next hit....Its good to see where the point of impact was. I had to only go to 7 ft height since i have that beam in the center of my garage. Where I stand to swing has a 10 ft ceiling though. I have an Optoma GT1080 mounted a few feet in front of where I stand. So far there have been no issues with it. I was worried about hitting it but honestly, I forget its there half the time. Its not in my swing path at all. I tee up from about 8 ft from the screen.
Overall, Im very happy with how it turned out. For those of you worried about space..I went to three different stores with simulators (Dicks, Golf Galaxy and a local driving range). All three had the ball teed up roughly 7ft 6 in from the wall behind you. So if you are only hitting from one side (for me right handed) you can get away with less space then you would think. I was worried about my width since I have the pole in the garage (see pic) but with only about 9ft 6 in of space between my back wall and the pole I can tell you that is more than enough.
In terms of finishing up, I just need to mount the computer and hide some wires. Outside of that I've probably played 3 or 4 rounds in E6 already and am loving it.
