Test Environment:
*Indoor CCE Mat
*Ball 13ft from the screen, 9ft from TM to ball
*Titleist Pro V1X Practice Ball
*Trackman software normalized mode to have an equal field as GC2
*Tested 56 Wedge, 8 Iron, 4 Iron, Hybrid and a Driver
*Since oftentimes Trackman calculates Spin Rate for a driver, and sometimes doesn't output Spin Axis data, I compared both by a) data having measured ball spin, b) data having read spin axis. I also eliminated to compare when GC2 also didn't show data or showed enormously weird data (such as Land Angle being 180 degrees which happened a few times with a wedge shot).
*Advice from mthunt, I raised the unit by 7/8" using a book. And I calibrated again using the software.
*I Eliminated all the mishits, misreads, misshots or both data having too much of a discrepancy (e.g. 180 degree land angle). I tried matching the data as closely as possible.
Conclusion: Just like outside, the data are very very similar. However, same thing as outside, GC2 shows more draw biased by having more Spin Axis to the left about 13 degrees which can make a difference up to about 8yds (where Trackman recorded clearly a shot going to the right but GC2 recording as a hook). Also, oftentimes Trackman doesn't calculate Club Data as well as Spin Axis and Spin Rate data (Trackman says they'll rather not show data that they're not confident in). So I had to separate those two data to compare apples to apples (I also compared Trackman separately when the driver ball spin rate was measured or calculated). But as you can see per attached, other data are really negligible.
One more thing: I tested the club data this time too and they're very very similar. Just for the driver:
Club speed: 2mph
Smash Factor: 0.05
Attack Angle: 1.8
Club Path: 0.1
Face Angle: 0.3
Face to Path: 0.3
Lie: 0.6
Loft: 2.0
All within tolerances.
I have all data raw and live with recorded.
