  • Any of the Sim Software support multiple LM's?

For example, two separate camera systems (gc2 or skytrack), one set for right handed players and a second set up for left handed.

Or maybe a flightscope for full swing and a skytrack for chipping+putting?

    Thanks,

    Stuart

As I remember, FSX was the only software that supports multiple LM (I only saw it in the menu, never tried it). If you constantly need a rotation, you should get a ceiling mounted camera simulator (not the portable ones) or a radar system (Flightscope or Trackman) if you want to play with other softwares. Otherwise if FSX supports it, perhaps you can get 2 GC2’s.

Disappointing - but thanks for the reply and suggestions. Although I do have a couple of LH friends, It was really the second scenario I was more more interested in. A radar unit (which I could also use outdoors) without having to go to the high cost of the TM4 or FS x3, but still have some (possibly less accurate/cheap) means to putt and chip indoors for the games. I saw some old posts (maybe 3 years ago) about combining a radar with something called "TruePutt" but couldn't find any current reference to any such unit (here or on any external sight).

TruePutt was a combination of a limited version of TrueGolfs system with a Trackman 3. While I was told it could enable short chips as well they never got there. Not sure I would recommend that set up too much, as while it worked and allowed me more flexibility in my sim play it required a bit less of a design that I as hoping for. For the most part now I just use TMs software for my practice.

By the way, I just saw the video on e6 connect and they say it has been designed from the ground up to work on multiple platforms.
