Putting: Skytrak + TGC

I'm having one heck of a time figuring out putting on Skytrak & TGC. When playing with ghosts, it seems like everyone is sinking 10 to 20 foot putts like they're gimmies. I can't sink a 10 foot put for the life of me and I'm wondering if others are using some type of setting or if they have just figured it out?

Also, Skytrak tends to accurately ready 100% of my shots except when I'm putting. I could have 5 misreads in a row when putting and I'm curious if there is a certain ball position or anything I can do to improve the number of misreads. I've experimented with all sorts of ball positions, but nothing seems to work repeatedly.

I'm not so certain that all of those putts are actually going in when you see the ghosts. Originally i felt that way as well. For my ST, i just put it right on the dot and I don't think it ever misses a putt. I do wonder though based on putting stroke if it reads the head since it seems my sons putts are sometimes "off". He has this weird extended follow through after he hits.

Wondering the same thing about the ghost players making all those putts but I'm thinking it has to do with the gimmie setting?

What kind of putter are you using? An odyssey two ball or a putter with a white insert could be the reason for the misreads.

I've tried 2 different putters. A white Odyssey flat blade (not 2 ball) and an old dark bronze ping putter. Similar issues with all putters, even friends putters

This putting patch will make all your putt go straight.
Just change the aim points.
Download, and restart.

Thank god, I will be installing this tonight. Is it acceptable to use this for tournament play?

It is allowed for tour play. Before the patch, ST users were getting the occasional 3 degree off center regardless of how the putt was struck. ST users were at a disadvantage on the tour because of this. It was decided that straight HA putting would be allowed for all to use. I found the GC2 not really needing it if you have your forgiveness set at 2. The patch is not needed for GSA or ProTee. However it is available for use if the user wishes. Not too many putts are perfectly straight anyway.

It is recommended to use during tournament play.
make sure to set the gimme at 2yard (6ft)
Also set the shot recording..
