I've been lurking on here, googling for a while on the best setups for my area. I have an outdoor patio area that has about 11 feet of depth and plenty of width. I can't go back any further than 11 feet however. I really like the Net Return Simulator Series Projector Screen & Netting all in one solution with the mount and skytrak package. However I've seen that their recommended minimum depth is 16 feet. Has anyone used it with less depth than that?

I have my entire setup inside of a 10' x 12' room with a 12' cieling. I've used SkyTrak and GC2 in this size room thus far and both work just fine once I got over swinging a club in such a tight area. Not to mention I'm standing right in the center of the room....I have just enough room at 6'2" tall to swing my 48" driver as hard as I can swing it. So that is just a recommendation of the company's.

There was someone who had a similar setup outside with the back open but blocked out on top and sides. Can't remember his screen name though.

Well, I am building mine on my outside backyard terrace, it has lots of light so after doing my projectors research i got me the Optoma 1080P 4200 LUMENS 5 THROW RATIO (EH460ST)
I think it should work on the outside environment, i mean is not really out directly under the sun. my spot has a ceiling and 1 wall, and the 2 other walls are semi closed, back is wide open.
got me that one since it has 4200 lumens and the contrast is 20,000:1
once i set up everything and test it I will post results. My first try would be with the impact screen just under the ceiling, if it dont look good them i move to create an enclosure with black out curtains on the sides and top. I will make it work somehow and let you know iguess.
