  • Garage Simulator Build Plan

Looking to do a garage sim, would like impact screen to be moveable so as to park both cars in garage (18” to 24” total depth). Attached photos show wall that would be behind screen. I would add additional protection for mini-split which would be 18” behind impact screen.
My thought for l and r side screens was to do hanging curtain rod w/ 8’ wide blackout curtains. For ceiling my thought was permanent suspended netting with some additional protection adhered to ceiling (i.e carpet tiles or foam impact).
For LM I am thinking GC2 or Skytrak. Probably wouldn’t spring for HMT as I have access to TM for outdoors. For turf I was thinking of doing a large permanent turf area with an insert for actual hitting spot.
I don’t have enough knowledge about projector but am hopeful I could do a ceiling mount, ceiling electrical in place. I have room for a screen up to 11’ wide x 9’ h and depth of space to hitting area is not an issue (20’).
I would get a dedicated desktop with rolling cart. I have gigabyte internet and ethernet available.
I have spent a lot of time on the forum and am thankful to all who have shared their knowledge and experience, but I acknowledge my rookie status. Golf will only be right handed and decent players.
Unit will be used all year, but more in winter. Garage is climate controlled so not an issue.
I am looking at a budget of 15k. Attached photo of contemplated space. Would appreciate any and all input. Thanks in advance.

I use a sprotscreen and attach my impact screen to it. It rolls up and down and is attached to the garage door. works great just had to be imaginative on attaching it to my garage door. It is the 16 foot model but I believe they have a 10 foot option.
